Today we are bottling our Busted Barrel Chocolate Stout. This dark, silky brew, made with chocolate from King's Cupboard has been sleeping inside bourbon barrels since last November. Look for it in 22 ounce bomber bottles soon!
Last Chance Pub is hiring a front-of-house manager. The new pub, located on historic Montana Ave., will showcase ciders made at the adjacent cider mill, beer from Red Lodge Ales, and a wine list. We have hired a well-known and respected kitchen manager to offer a full lunch and dinner menu. The position will be in charge of hiring and training wait staff and bartenders, scheduling the non-kitchen staff, ordering supplies, keeping the pub clean, and ensuring a positive customer experience. We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic about locally made food and beverage and wants to help grow and shape a new pub and restaurant. We would prefer a candidate with 2-3 years’ experience managing front-of-house operations. POS, inventory management, and technology skills a plus. Compensation is a mix of salary and incentives.
